At The Iron Snail, we take pride in the quality of our heritage-inspired garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
